The requested documents are the following (both original and copies)
 

1. An extract of marriage record
2. An extract of civil status and a family civil registry
3. A certified copy of the passport
4. A declaration of celibacy granted by the country of the concerned party
5. A certified copy of the Lebanese visa

 
NB: when it comes to the authorization of marriage between a Lebanese citizen, and a foreigner born in Lebanon, and living there since her birth, a certified minute should be granted by the concerned embassy, underlining the foreigner’s family situation.
 
The requested documents to cancel the security measures taken against the interested party, and grant the nationality to the foreigner:

1. An extract of marriage record
2. A certified copy of the family civil registry held by the husband
3. A certified copy of the passport held by the foreigner and her Lebanese visa
4. An extract of civil status, and a valid Lebanese visa if the interested party is of Syrian origin
5. An extract of civil status if the interested party is  Palestinian
