License to export, without distribution of a foreign journal /magazine printed in Lebanon (First edition)	- A ministerial decision - The concerned enterprises must apply for this license, and the application must be signed and sealed by their official seal. - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 3 copies of the publication
License to import and broadcast a foreign journal / magazine printed in Lebanon (First edition)	- The concerned enterprises must apply for this license, and the application must be signed and sealed by their official seal. - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 3 copies of the publication
License to export a local journal, or a local magazine	- 5 copies of the publication at least	2 500 L.B.P
The authorization to import monthly without distribution (foreign journal / magazine not subject to any control)	- A table of publication has to be provided by the concerned enterprises, signed and sealed by their official seal. - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - An engagement by the enterprise to not broadcast the publications before they are granted the license.
License to export a foreign journal /magazine	- 5 copies of the publication at least	2 500 L.B.P
License to import and broadcast monthly (foreign journal / magazine not subject to any control)	- A table of publication has to be provided by the concerned enterprises, signed and sealed by their official seal. - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - An engagement by the enterprise to follow the dictated rules and regulations related to this license
License to export a local book	- The interested party must apply - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - A certified copy of the identity card - 3 copies of the book at least	10 000 L.B.P
License broadcast a play	- The interested party must apply - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 2 copies of the script - A certified copy of the producer’s identity card	150 000 L.B.P
License to produce a cinema film	- The interested party must apply - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 2 copies of the script - A certified copy of the producer’s identity card, as well as the director	100 000 L.B.P
License to produce television series	- The interested party must apply - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 2 copies of the script - A certified copy of the producer’s identity card, as well as the director NB : if the episodes are progressively done, a fee of 100 000 L.B.P is requested for every request	100 000 L.B.P
License to produce a televised documentary	- The interested party must apply - A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P - 2 copies of the script if it exists - A photocopy of the producer and the director’s identity card	50 000 L.B.P

NB:

- If an enterprise is the one producing then these documents must be provided:

- An extract of commercial and financial register.
- A photocopy of the director’s identity card.
- If the interested party has a proxy to be represented by a third party when completing the procedures at the general security, then the latter must have in hand a certified copy of the director’s identity card.
- Some plays / movies are exempted from fees.
