In its pursuit of excellence and its constant evolution, the general security has decided to improve its performance and productivity, following the current ISO norms. That is why they established an online detailed survey and procured forms at each regional department. The survey underlines the quality of the services guaranteed by the general security and highlights the degree of satisfaction perceived by the citizens when it comes to the administrative procedures required by the general security, as well as security precautions.
 
The forms above-mentioned are available in Arabic, but also in English, in boxes installed clearly at the departments, as to let the foreigners and residents locate them quickly. The content of the box is then sent each week to the bureau of quality, in the general directorate of general security.
 
In hope that citizens and foreigners will have the will to participate in this procedure, to contribute effectively to improving the quality of the services offered by the general security.
