The general security announces the extension of the deadline for the reception of applications when it comes to establishing or renewing proxies used upon entry at general security bureaus, is now possible between 01/12/2024, untill 31/01/2025. 

Proxies used require the following documents:

• The binder submitted by the enterprise addressed to the general director of general security holding the name of the company, its address, the kind of work it’s doing, its branches, telephone number, and the name of the representative appointed).
• A list of all the foreign workers
• A copy of the visas held by foreign workers
• A proxy signed at the notary’s office
• A certified copy of the owner’s ID card
• A social security card held by the representative
• A work attestation, as well as a ID photo
• A certified copy of the extract of commercial register
• A certified copy of the ID card held by the representative
• A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P
• Paid services.
• An attestation proving the company’s owner is reviewing all financial receipts given to the representative, to review all the procedures done via the general security.

 
For the renewal:

• A document requesting the renewal of the proxy
• A list of all the foreign workers
• A copy of the visas held by foreign workers
• A certified copy of the owner’s ID card
• A certified copy of the ID card held by the representative
• A stamp of 1 000 L.B.P
• Paid services.
• A copy of the previous proxy granted by the general security
• A certified copy of the extract of commercial register
• An attestation proving the company’s owner is reviewing all financial receipts given to the representative, to review all the procedures done via the general security.

 
The interested party must show up at the general directorate - general security – building number 1 – secretariat general.
