- A Palestinian traveling document for one year 1.200 000 L.L
- A Palestinian traveling document for 3 years 3.600 000 L.L
- A Palestinian traveling document for 5 years 6.000 000 L.L
- The new traveling document is granted for a year, or 5 years, if the refugee has a vitality card. However if the refugee does not own a vitality card granted by the UNRWA, the traveling document is granted for a year or 3.
- A filled out form relative to travel documents for Palestinian refugees residing in Lebanon ( a year, 3 years, or 5 years). The latter should be certified by the mayor of the concerned region.
- An identity card for the Palestinian refugee in Lebanon
- An extract of civil status that is 3 month old at the most
- A vitality card or an attestation delivered by the UNRWA to underline the fact that the refugee is not a member of this organization
- A recent ID photos, colored on a white background 4.5 * 3.5, on which the signature and official stamp of the mayor are shown as well as the name of the interested party and the file's number. This photo should be in compliance with the ICAO standards.
- The old traveling document, if the latter exists
