The required documents are as follows:
 

• A certified copy of the identity card, or the passport of the interested party
• 2 ID photos
• A certified copy of the family registry
• A copy of the identity documents held by the spouse or kids that wish to benefit from the use the card.

NB: The spouse and minor kids can use the card, if he is escorting them. If the kids are aged 18 or more, than they have to get their own card, they can’t benefit from the use of their parents’ card.
