The requested documents related to domestic workers

 
1-  A previous authorization delivered by the ministry of labor:
- A certified copy of the foreigner’s passport
- A certified copy of the identity card held by the interested party
- A bank guarantee.
 
2- A visa requested at a GS bureau:
-  The authorization delivered by the general security
-   A copy of the passport held by the foreigner
-   A copy of the identity card held by the interested party
-   A guarantee to the general security done via a notary
-   An attestation that underlines the profession of the interested party: a salary attestation for instance
 
3- A labor permit delivered by the ministry of labor:
-   A copy of the passport held by the foreigner as well as a copy of his visa
-   A copy of the identity card held by the interested party
-   An insurance for foreigners via an insurance company
-   Medical laboratory tests to which the foreigner is submitted
-   A work contract done and signed by the interested party via a notary
 
 
4- Granting a residency permit:
-  A copy of the passport held by the foreigner as well as a copy of his visa
-  The work permit as well as a copy of the latter (valid for 6 months at least)
-  A certified copy of the work contract (with the exception of a foreign employer, or the representative of a foreign enterprise, or press correspondents of an agency that has no branches in lebanon)
-  A copy of the identity card held by the interested party
-   An extract of family civil registry as well as a copy of the latter
- An extract of family civil registry of the guarantor, as well as a copy of the latter (it must be emitted 3 years ago at the most) -  3 ID photos
-  The fees related to the residency permit: 13.000.000 L.B.P for women and 18.000.000 L.B.P for men
-   A work attestation delivered by the interested party
