Situation	Decision
1- A Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning a Lebanese Laissez-passer granted abroad instead of his lost / damaged passport	1- Adult: - He is sent to the bureau of investigations, in virtue of the related minute, without informing the public prosecutor. The Laissez-passer will be retrieved at his entry, stamped and registered. A copy of the minute shall be given to the interested party, who will in turn, hand it out to the competent regional bureau, in order to apply for a new passport. - If the citizen has the damaged passport in hand, the latter is taken, and a transit visa is granted. 2- Minor that is unaccompanied: - The Laissez-passer that has been stamped, and registered, is retrieved. - The citizen must then show up at the bureau of passports, nationalities and foreigners. 3- Minor accompanied by both his parents or one of them: - One of the parents has to give a deposition. - The formalities taken are the one used in case of an adult.
2- A Lebanese citizen owning a Lebanese Laissez-passer. (with multiple court rulings against him)	- The owner of the Laissez-passer has to show up to the bureau of investigations. The public prosecutor shall be informed.
3- A minor Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning a Laissez-passer. The latter is born abroad, and is not registered in the Lebanese registry, accompanied or not.	- The Laissez-passer is stamped upon entry, registered, and retrieved (without a minute). The citizen must show up at the bureau of naturalization, passports, and foreigners.
4- A Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning aLaissez-passer, granted abroad, in virtue of his old Lebanese passport.	1- if he has his old passport in hand : - The Laissez-passer that has been stamped upon entry, and registered is retrieved (without a minute). The citizen has to show up at the bureau of passports, nationalization, and foreigners, in order to apply for a new passport. 2- If he doesn’t have the passport with him: - The formalities adopted are those indicated to the first category in the table : 1- A Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning a Lebanese transit visa granted abroad instead of his lost / damaged passport
5- A Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning aLaissez-passer, granted abroad, as well as a Lebanese identity document of some sort.	The owned document must be authenticated 1- If the interested party does not have a Lebanese passport in hand: - He is sent to the bureau of investigations, in virtue of the related minute, without informing the public prosecutor. The Laissez-passer will be retrieved at his entry, stamped and registered. A copy of the minute shall be given to the interested party, who will in turn, hand it out to the competent regional bureau, in order to apply for a new passport.
6- A minor Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning a Laissez-passer that has been granted abroad.	1 – If he is unaccompanied, and has a Lebanese identity document proving he is Lebanese : Then his entry is permitted 2 – If he is accompanied by his parents holding Lebanese identity documents in hand then : The parents will give a deposition to clarify details concerning the registration of the minor in Lebanese registries
7- An adult or minor (that has not been exiled) who pretends to be Lebanese. The latter doesn’t have identity documents proving he is Lebanese, or any visa for that matter that has been granted abroad, by authorization of the general security.	His entry is not permitted. He has to return on the same flight, and pay a violation fine.
8- A Lebanese citizen (that has not been exiled) owning a Laissez-passer.	The formalities related to this category are : 400/2003 sent by telegram
