The model:

Are concerned models that work in any touristic institution except night clubs. Their entry requires a visa granted in advance by the general security. Models cannot work for more than 6months, whether these are continuous or not.

A model cannot work as such, if she has already worked as in artist in Lebanon. As for artists that have already worked as models in Lebanon, it is allowed, but they have to follow current regulations.

The model/artist signs a work contract during 48hours upon his entry, at the department of artists – general security. This contract is organized between the location where the show is held, the mode, and the owner of the agency. This contract mentions the work hours, the durations, and dates of the shows, as well as the location, the remuneration, and the address of the artist’s residency.

The model has to show up at the above-mentioned department, before her departure, so she can be granted the authorization to do so. A financial register is handed out by the former to the general security.
 
NB:
Models do not endure any medical exam.

The modeling agency are exempted from artist fees, when it comes to models they convey for a fashion show for a period of less than a week, 2 times a year.
Models that participate to fashion shows during march and october are exempted from artist fees.

Fees are required upon every additional entry, and if her residency exceeds the pre-mentioned allowed cases: Every time her residency exceeds one week, or if it exceeds the pre-determined months of march and october. 

During March and October as well as the 2 weeks granted to modeling agencies, the model will be notified of a date of departure. A financial register is not needed in this case.
