To modify some letters within the passport, in a foreign language, the requested documents are the following:

• A foreign residency permit.
• A foreign passport.
• A certificate of registration delivered by the competent university abroad.
• A diploma certified by the ministry of education.
• A passport or a resident permit held by a family member, and a document that underlines the family tie with the individual in question.

NB: If the Lebanese citizen wishes to modify the information related to foreign documents previously owned, he has to hand a copy of the document in question, while determining its nature in the cell associated to supplementary documents in the passport application, rather than simply adding the phrase (foreign document).
